YOUR FIRST VISIT

Your first session is designed to give Dr. Charlie time to understand your body, your history and what brought you in.

Rather than following a predetermined treatment routine, each session is individualized and may incorporate chiropractic care, Structural Unwinding, soft-tissue and fascial work, cranial techniques, assisted stretching and other hands-on methods as appropriate.

Please arrive approximately 10 minutes early for your first appointment to complete your intake forms.

PRICING 

Initial session – 60 minutes $225 – a comprehensive first visit allowing time for assessment, treatment and hands-on care.

Follow up session – 30 minutes $135 – individualized chiropractic and bodywork based on your needs that day.

Extended session – 60 minutes $250 – for patients who want additional time for more comprehensive hands on work.

INSURANCE & PAYMENT

Dedicated Wellness is an out-of-network chiropractic practice. Payment is due at the time of service.

If your insurance provides out-of-network chiropractic benefits, we can provide a superbill for you to submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

CANCELLATIONS

Because appointment times are reserved specifically for each patient, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments missed without adequate notice may be charged the full session fee.
